Anna Odrzywolska, Managing Principal

Anna began her professional career in 1999 in the European banking market before moving to Australia. In 2008, she began her career in insolvency, working with clients who were impacted by insolvency events, including employees, creditors, and business owners. Initially, she worked for and represented large industrial super funds whose members were affected by insolvency events such as bankruptcies and business failures.

Developing an interest in insolvency law and process, she then pursued a career working for national and boutique firms specialising in insolvency services. During this time, Anna worked on a diverse range of insolvency matters across various industries, including labour hire, property, franchises, retail, building and construction, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, transportation, heavy machinery and mining, to name a few.

In 2019, Anna received the prestigious Restructuring and Insolvency Professional of the Year award at the Australian Accounting Awards, recognizing her achievements and her commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.

Anna recognises that each client’s situation is unique. She takes the time to assess each case with confidentiality and care, providing tailored solutions that are results-based. As a result, she is very approachable and provides proactive outcomes while considering the particular circumstances being experienced.

Anna is deeply committed to her work, dedicating the majority of her time to serving her clients. However, she is also passionate about exploring nature, both above and below the water. Time spent bush walking new trails with her family and scuba diving underwater vistas provides the rejuvenation needed to be at her best for her clients’ needs.
